7 Oaks Duck Club spans a diverse 315.62 acres of crop ground, 224.90 acres of timber, 31.44 acres of underwater land, and a 1-acre house lot. The property features a brand-new 1,000 sf shop, a 2,412 sf pole barn with an additional 2,605 sf of covered space, and a 1,312 sf boat dock. Several duck holes are scattered throughout the timber, which includes 200 acres of Green Timber Reservoir (GTR), equipped with an extensive levee system and several water control structures.

The property also benefits from relifts from both the lake and the Bayou, along with multiple pumps and relifts servicing the farm ground. An extensive interior road system further enhances accessibility and management across the property.
