Rodney Thomason

Chief Executive Officer

Rodney Thomason is an accomplished entrepreneur with a proven track record of building, leading, and successfully selling businesses across healthcare, senior living, and real estate. Over the years, Rodney has demonstrated a unique ability to identify opportunities, build companies from the ground up, and scale them to success.

In 2000, after the successful sale of a medical device company, Rodney founded Southeast Imaging, LLC, where he led the company to represent some of the most trusted brands in medical imaging, including Sectra PACS, Carestream, Quantum, and Fuji Medical. This venture was the catalyst for Rodney’s leadership in the healthcare sector and positioned him to make an even larger impact in the coming years.

Rodney later founded Medical Assets Holding Company, which provides essential administrative, financial, payroll, and management services for companies across his corporate family. Through this platform, he developed a portfolio of healthcare-focused businesses, including a radiopharmaceuticals research company, the largest medical billing company in Arkansas, and a post-acute care provider that delivers nurse practitioner services in seven states.

But Rodney’s expertise doesn’t stop at healthcare and technology. His most notable achievements have come in the senior living industry, where he built and managed Foxridge Senior Living for years. As founder and CEO, Rodney led the development and operations of multiple senior living communities, creating high-quality, sustainable environments for seniors. Under his leadership, Foxridge became a trusted name in the industry. Although he no longer manages or owns Foxridge, Rodney’s impact on the company is indelible, having successfully grown, managed, and sold the business to a larger operator while ensuring the long-term success of the facilities.

Rodney’s deep understanding of senior living has led him to further expand his impact, acquiring and developing additional senior living properties. His passion for providing farm-to-table senior living experiences shows in his innovative approach to creating senior communities that prioritize health, wellness, and a connection to nature.
