Rodney Thomason


Chief Executive Officer

Rodney Thomason 
is a successful entrepreneur 
and corporate leader who has proven himself in diverse businesses. When the medical device company for which he was working sold in 2000, Thomason founded Medical Imaging Sales and Service – later renamed Southeast Imaging LLC – which now serves five states and represents well-known imaging brands such as Sectra PACS, Carestream, Quantum and Fuji Medical.

Thomason has since developed several additional medical-related companies, which include medical billing services, health care facility development and management, and senior living centers. He and his team established Medical Assets Holding Company in 2000 to provide administrative, payroll, financial management and other services for companies within the corporate family.

A native of Arkansas, Thomason attended the University of Arkansas Monticello and began his professional career in pharmaceutical sales before transitioning to medical equipment and real estate development. He is also currently a member of the CARTI Board of Directors.

Ann McClure

Chief Operating Officer

Ann McClure has more than 10 years public accounting experience working in tax and management consulting. She brings over 20 years of overall accounting experience, from being accounting manager for a Memphis-based retail chain operating 400 locations to 5 years with a minor league baseball club where she was brought in to restructure the accounting and controls system, which eliminated massive amounts of waste. Her past experience became a valuable asset to Medical Assets Holding Company when McClure came on board in 2013. As COO, Ann oversee’s all operational focuses for each of the MAHC businesses.

McClure holds a bachelor of science degree in accounting. She is originally from Memphis and relocated to Maumelle in 2003 where she resides with her husband, Jimmy. When she is not busy working, she enjoys following the University of Memphis Tigers basketball / football team and riding her bike along the banks of the Arkansas River.

Ervin O’Neal

Chief Financial Officer

Ervin O’Neal has over 30 years of finance experience helping companies eliminate losses and improving financial operations and reporting. He began his career at Arthur Anderson & Co. and since has worked in a wide variety of industries that included manufacturing, health care, global pharmaceutical, distribution, and retail.  Prior to joining MAHC, Ervin was the CFO for a construction company in Kansas City.

After growing up in Memphis, Ervin received his Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Kansas and his Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis.

Ervin lives in Hot Springs Village.  He enjoys golfing, riding his motorcycle, and spending time with family and friends.

Susan Coleman

Vice President of Legal Affairs

Susan Coleman is an experienced attorney with a diverse and unique legal background practicing for nearly twenty years. As Corporate Counsel to Medical Assets Holding Company for several years, Coleman returned in 2018 bringing her experience ranging from tenure as a successful litigation attorney at the Hilburn Law Firm in North Little Rock to benefits administration and legal affairs oversight at Arkansas Heart Hospital. Coleman takes an active role in working with management by providing guidance in all aspects of the legal affairs of the company, including compliance, business transactions, risk management, and employment law issues.

Coleman holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from Hendrix College and Juris Doctor from the William H. Bowen School of Law in Little Rock. She is licensed to practice law in Arkansas and the United States District Court, Eastern District of Arkansas. During her legal career, she has served as presenter for various Continuing Legal Education Seminars, a court-appointed Attorney Ad-Litem and a Special Judge in Pulaski County Circuit Court.

Coleman has two children and enjoys watching their sports activities, spending summers at the pool and beach vacations.

Hunter Thomason

Vice President of Commercial Development

Hunter Thomason has over a decade of Commercial Real Estate experience and received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing from the University of Arkansas. Hunter began his career as a Commercial Broker for Arkansas’s premier commercial real estate firm, where his passion for delivering superior commercial real estate service grew over the years, eventually starting his own Commercial Real Estate Consulting firm. Thomason’s expertise has been vital to MAHC’s commercial development by procuring properties and building new businesses across the Southern United States.

Hunter lives in Northwest Arkansas with his wife and daughter. As his name suggests, he’s an avid hunter and enjoys anything that allows him to spend time outdoors.

Alexis Scoggins

Vice President of Sales & Marketing

Alexis Scoggins joined the MAHC team with more than 10 years experience in Sales and Marketing.  As Vice President of Sales and Marketing for MAHC, Alexis oversees the development and implementation of sales process, occupancy/revenue growth, marketing and provides hands on training and support for all of MAHC businesses.

Prior to joining MAHC, Alexis has worked for national providers such as Holiday Retirement and Eclipse Senior Living.  Over the years, Alexis has become a leader in training, managing and cultivating a professional sales team.  Adept at forecasting trends and conversions has made her a valued partner to help drive organizational growth and profit.  Alexis’ motivational leadership style and sales/marketing expertise is essential to the growth at MAHC.

Alexis has two children and enjoys traveling and quality time with them.  When not busy with kids and work she enjoys playing golf.

Johnny Richardson

Vice President of Business Strategy

Johnny Richardson joined the MAHC team following a career of more than 28 years with Murphy Oil Corporation in Eldorado, Arkansas. Richardson served in various managerial roles within Murphy, including Assistant Controller Financial Reporting responsible for internal and external reporting; and Director of Transaction Processing and Finance Controls where he was responsible for worldwide corporate accounting activities and establishing a shared service model, along with responsibilities for Sarbanes Oxley Compliance.

Johnny holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from the University of Arkansas at Monticello and currently oversees the accounting for all MAHC companies, as well as staff recruitment and retention, development of budgets, cost analysis, and financial statements.

Johnny lives with his wife in Maumelle, Arkansas and has two children and one grandchild. He enjoys coaching soccer and spending quality time with his family.
